    Code of Conduct: For swimmers - Maintaining a positive atmosphere of sportsmanship, courtesy and respect. We are committed to creating a fun, competitive, supportive and safe family environment where swimmers grow as athletes and individuals.     • Attendance and Punctuality:
      • Arrive on time and prepared, with all necessary equipment like a swimsuit, goggles, and water bottle.
      • Attend practice regularly and be prepared to swim all events assigned by coaches in our meets including champs and conferences. NO ONE MISSES AN EVENT BECAUSE THEY ARE UNHAPPY WITH THE HEAT THEY ARE PLACED IN.
      • It is mandatory that swimmers attend at least 2 practices per week.
      • ALL swimmers are required to swim a minimum of 4 practices before meets start. This applies to all swimmers including returning swimmers, club swimmers and new swimmers.
    • Preparation:
      • Have all equipment ready and organized. This includes a suit, goggles, water bottle, and other equipment as needed.
    • Show Good Sportsmanship
      • Congratulate and encourage teammates and competitors alike.
      • Be gracious in victory and respectful in defeat.
      • Remain in the pool & shake hands with competitors at the end of each race.
    • Respect Others And Positive Attitude:
      • Maintain a positive attitude and be a positive role model.
      • Listen to and follow directions from ALL coaches and team staff.
      • Treat teammates, coaches, opponents, and all pool staff with respect, kindness and courtesy.
      • Use appropriate language and behavior at all times.
    • Practice Courtesy and Responsibility
      • Take good care of team equipment and respect the pool and facilities rules at the pool and other pools that we visit.
      • Help maintain a clean and organized pool area by cleaning up after practice and ensuring equipment is returned to its proper place.
      • Avoid horseplay, running on deck, or interfering with other swimmers.
    • Bathroom Breaks:
      • Use the bathroom before or after practice, and if necessary during practice, inform a coach.
      • Bathroom Breaks are meant to be quick and do not linger around.
    • Communication:
      • Communicate any absences, late arrivals, early departures or changes in plans to the coach in advance.
    • Support a Positive Team Culture
      • Include, support and encourage all teammates, regardless of age or ability.
      • Avoid gossip, teasing, and/or behavior that isolates others.
      • Represent the team with pride both in and out of the pool.
